RETURN POLICY
Physical items purchased through the online store can be returned within a maximum period of 30 days. After this period from the time of purchase, unfortunately no refund or exchange is possible.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact via email to hello@anafmartin.com indicating in the subject line the request to return your purchase with the order’s receipt number. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and send the proof of purchase with the item.
Downloadable digital items available in the online store and personalised art prints are not subject to return or refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the items returned, we will send you an email notifying you that we received them. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. The items will be refunded if:
The item was damaged upon arrival at the destination
The item presents printing errors
The item received is not the same as the item purchased
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Returning Items on Sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for sale or discounted items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email at hello@anafmartin.com and send your item to the following address:

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address:

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
